Individuals with expertise in their area often feel inadequately prepared to build and motivate a cross-functional team, communicate a vision with confidence, and/or navigate the complexities of managing up, down and across an organization.

A leadership coach offers a fresh perspective on what it will take to succeed in a senior leadership role, whether you are new to management or a seasoned executive.  Lianne is a strategic partner whose purpose is to support you in becoming the kind of leader you want to be. She will work with you to generate new ideas, build confidence and competence, and take action based on a careful thinking process.

What to expect?

Lianne works closely with the sponsoring organization and the client to customize leadership development programs. Typically leadership coaching programs are 3-6 months and start with an in person kick off meeting (with the option to include the leader’s sponsor) to get to know each other and clarify development objectives. During the coaching period, we will meet regularly (typically biweekly) in person or phone. You can also contact your coach in between sessions for “just in time” support.  We will provide a variety of leadership assessment tools, action plan templates, and professional development resources to support your priorities and to help keep you on track. A 360 feedback process is available and recommended for leaders who want to know how others perceive them as a leader.
