Terri is passionate about helping individuals identify their personal definition of success and create a rewarding career. She has over 25 years of work experience as a lawyer, mediator, student advisor and certified coach (ACC, International Coaching Federation). She draws on her experience to collaborate with clients to identify their strengths and reach their highest potential. Whether it is a job search, career transition or leadership development, she will assist clients in achieving successful results.
Prior to becoming a coach, Terri worked at a large law firm where she recruited, coached and created professional development programming. While at the University of Saskatchewan, College of Law Terri advised and coached hundreds of law students on career planning and conducting their job search. Early in her career, she worked as a lawyer for 13 years in a small firm in Prince Albert and maintains an active licence with the Law Society of Saskatchewan. She is also involved in training and mentoring recent graduates as they prepare for their Bar Assessments.
Terri holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Saskatchewan. In her spare time, Terri enjoys being outdoors in the fresh air and big open skies of Saskatchewan.
