Terri is an excellent coach! She provided valuable resources, asked probing and helpful questions, and held me accountable throughout the program. I especially appreciated the opportunity to explore different leadership and working styles through the DISC assessment, which helped me better understand how to interact effectively with my team. The triangle session with my new manager was particularly impactful, offering a meaningful opportunity to present myself and receive constructive guidance.
